As we head into the summer months, we wanted to take a moment to look back at the first half of 2026 and thank everyone who has come out to support Cadillac Rumble so far this year.
It's been a fantastic start to the year, with shows across Eastern Ontario and Western Quebec, returning to many of our favourite venues and meeting plenty of new friends along the way. We've enjoyed great nights at The Keystorm in Brockville, Barley Mow Merivale in Ottawa, Goldwyn's in Kemptville, Homestead Pub in Embrun, and Pub Notre-Dame in Gatineau. Every venue, every crowd, and every show has helped make 2026 one of our most enjoyable years yet.
One thing we've been especially proud of this year is the variety of audiences we've played for. Whether it's a Saturday night pub crowd, a classic car gathering, a community concert, or a private event, it's been great to see people of all ages enjoying our mix of rockabilly, early rock 'n' roll, surf, classic country, and crowd-favourite classics.
We're also excited about what lies ahead for the rest of the year.
This summer, Cadillac Rumble will return to several familiar stages, including The Keystorm, CC's on the Rideau, and several private events. One of the highlights we're particularly looking forward to is opening for NYC rockabilly favourites Screamin' Rebel Angels on July 3rd at Dominion Tavern in Ottawa alongside Reverb Syndicate and Muffler Crunch. It's a lineup we're honoured to be part of and a show that promises to be one of the highlights of our year.
We're also excited to be performing a free outdoor concert as part of the Concerts in the Park series in Arnprior on July 12th. Community concerts are always special, and we're looking forward to spending a summer afternoon sharing our music with families, friends, and music lovers from across the region.
Looking further ahead, we're pleased to announce that we'll be returning to some of our favourite venues this fall, including Homestead Pub in Embrun and Barley Mow Merivale in Ottawa. We're also actively working on adding additional dates, festivals, and special events to the calendar.
To everyone who has attended a show, shared a post, recommended us to a venue, purchased merchandise, or simply helped spread the word, thank you. Your support means the world to us and helps keep live music thriving.
We hope to see you somewhere down the road this summer.
